Data protection

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and has a single form: online booking (see below). Fonts and images are hosted on our own server.

Like every website, the server automatically records some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This data is used only to run and protect the website and is deleted regularly.

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we use your data only to reply to you and to manage your appointments. We do not pass it on to third parties.

If you book online, we store your name, phone number, email, language, treatment, appointment date and time and any notes, together with your IP address to prevent abuse. We use this data only to manage the appointment: to send you the confirmation and the reminder by email (and by SMS, if enabled) and to let you cancel. Emails are sent from our mailbox info@kotaga.ch at our hosting provider. Bookings are deleted automatically after two years.

The links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps lead to external services: when you open them, those services' privacy policies apply.

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, by writing to info@kotaga.ch.
